Q: Can I get a refund on my product? 

A: In most cases, no. We cannot accept a return for a skincare item and we put a lot of effort into our products to ensure that they are of quality. By purchasing an Lujo item, you are agreeing that even if you are not satisfied with the product, you will not be able to receive a refund. If there are extenuating circumstances, we may be able to make an exception. 

 

Q: Are your products vegan? 

A: Each product contains a vegan badge within the description to note whether it is vegan. 

 

Q: What is the shelf life of each product? 

A: The shelf life is indicated in each description of the product.
