All orders come with a tracking number which will be emailed to you. Once your order is placed, processing times are typically 5-7 days. Drop-offs to the post office occur on a weekly basis - once shipped, packages arrive within 5-8 business days, depending on location. We utilize USPS as our shipping platform.

Q: Can I get a refund on my product?
A: In most cases, no. We cannot accept a return for a skincare item and we put a lot of effort into our products to ensure that they are of quality. By purchasing an Lujo item, you are agreeing that even if you are not satisfied with the product, you will not be able to receive a refund. If there are extenuating circumstances, we may be able to make an exception.
